Note also that the existing, properly designed, working website and a valid e-mail should be specified.

For corporate entity and individual entrepreneurs
ROBOKASSA accepts every e-currency, SMS, payment through terminals and banking cards,
that were received to your address. After that, cash is transferred to your account at regular time intervals.
Closed Joint Stock Company "Center of Internet payment" ( ROBOXchange ) and OCEAN BANK (ZAO) agreed on strategic partnership
when OCEAN BANK becomes the payment center for the Internet shops connected to ROBOKASSA.
Internet Payments Center ( ROBOXchange ) provides the technological component of the payment on its’ own platform.
To start working with us under a contract and receiving money to your account you should:

Get acquainted with Contract-offer.

Download the already filled "Declaration of accession to the Contract-offer" from your Personal Account and check the correctness.

Adjust the settings of your shop ("Administration" section of your Personal Account) and debug the technical interaction with the ROBOKASSA system
using the testing server, according to technical documentation.

Download the already filled "Parties technical preparedness Act", check the correctness.

Send the filled documents in MS WORD format without a signature, seal and UNDATED to the ecommerce@oceanbank.ru address indicating your Login.

Upon signing the contract, the attorney is to make the Warrant. "Attorney" text in italics is to be replaced with actual data.
Attention! The testing server is available for using the new (that have not passed the activation process) merchants only.
The Login that was specified while registration must be specified in the letter.
After that, your application will be considered by the partner relations department, the documents will be checked and the answer will be sent to e-mail.
Print the checked Declaration of accession to the Contract-offer and the Parties technical preparedness Act,
then send them by the commerce mail or registered mail with the notice (we do not receive letters of declared value) on the

address. Be sure to include valid actual and postal addresses in the documents. We will sign documents and send your copy to your address.
If the document returned with the mark «addressee does not exist, is not registered or eliminated», then the documents will not be sent again.
For individuals
You may also receive not only the non-cash resources but e-currency of your choice as well. To do this, when registering choose the currency you want to receive in the "Seller’s currency" menu.
In this case, treaty between our companies IS NOT SETTLED, service operated on the base of offer to exchange the electronic money,
that is presented to the client of your on-line store. In this case, fees for the service are determined by the internal electronic money conversion rate, when remitter’s electronic money is converted into electronic money chosen by the shop.
The service fee is charged to the your customer at the moment of payment. The electronic money will be deposited into your account automatically and instantly.
Please note, that individuals are not available to pay with terminals QIWI and banking cards.
